PTriumphant Roar
Alistar charges his roar by stunning or displacing enemy champions or when nearby enemies die. When fully charged he heals himself all nearby allied champions.
Use the recovery when its conditions are met. Keep enough resources for the next fight instead of spending everything on a small health deficit.
QPulverize
Alistar smashes the ground, dealing damage to nearby enemies and tossing them into the air.

WHeadbutt
Alistar rams a target with his head, dealing damage and knocking the target back.

ETrample
Alistar tramples nearby enemy units, ignoring unit collision and gaining stacks if he damages an enemy champion. At full stacks Alistar's next basic attack against an enemy champion deals additional magic damage and stuns them.

RUnbreakable Will
Alistar lets out a wild roar, removing all crowd control effects on himself, and reducing incoming physical and magical damage for the duration.

Alistar combos: execution and timing
AA = basic attack · EAA = empowered attack · 1/2/3 = cast stage. Follow the order, not instant key presses.
Follow up with Headbutt

With Alistar, start with Headbutt, then continue through Pulverize → Trample → Basic attack → Empowered attack. Press Q during the W approach to lift the target instead of knocking it away. After E, wait for the empowered-attack indicator before the final hit.

Game plan by role
Alistar · Support
Stand where you can help your lane partner without exposing both of you. Coordinate the opening before spending your main control or protection.
Set up vision with nearby allies rather than walking into unlit areas alone. Roam when your lane partner can safely handle the next wave.
Choose between creating an opening and protecting the teammate who can carry the fight. Do not spend every defensive spell on the first visible enemy.

Matchup preparation
Compare opponents in the build for the role you are actually playing. Then check their key control, escape and defensive spells before choosing your trade.

Practice checklist
- Cast each ability alone and identify its range, target conditions and stopping point.
- Practise the first sequence slowly. Repeat it while moving, without skipping the conditions shown on its card.
- After each attempt, identify the spell you would still have available to defend or retreat.
